Fledgling bard lost in Daggerdale!

Hello to everyone envolved with ALFA!

I've waited two whole years with the plan of joining. A few days ago I finally got internet at home and since then I havent slept much - The RP addiction is as strong the the maws of a red dragon! Thanks to all the OAS DMs for helping out and wOOt this is fun!

Apologies in advance for PMing all the HDMs in attempts to find a server to start on.

My plan for a first character is to play a bard from Silverymoon who was trained by the choirmaster in Rhyester Matins (the temple to Lathander) - my goal is to travel the realms visiting each and every one of Lathanders temples as a sort of pilgrimage and along the way I would share Lathander's positive teachings thru poetry and music.

If anyone who reads this has any ideas/suggestions relating to which server would be the best for such a PC and why, I'd would be greatly in debted to them!

For now I'm psyched to be coming on board!

Hello and welcome. If you want to start your PCs pilgramige from the very beginning, I can only recommend you start in the Silver Marches.

First. Welcome to ALFA! I am sure you will love it.

One piece of advice....it is often a good idea to start with a PC that is *not* your concept character. First PCs in ALFA tend to have very short life spans. Maybe test the waters with a couple of other characters before jumping in with your bard.

But don't worry too much about it. Enjoy the ride.

If you want to start your PCs pilgramige from the very beginning, I can only recommend you start in the Silver Marches.

With TSM shut down, maybe The Frozen North, or The Long Road ( the was a river boat straight from Silvy to the River Landing at Yartar), or Luskan would be good choices.
