When you’ve got a load and it’s dragging you low
And sergeant is ordering, “Hurry up, go!”
You want to make haste, but it’s ever so slow.
You, my friend, have the Rivermoot Runs.
You’re feeling the pressure, relief must be had.
The flow of the Rauvin is making you mad
There’s no end in sight and you’re feeling quite bad.

You finally come to the end of the road
Where you can then drop your embarrassing load
And find your relief in the nearest commode.
You have completed the Rivermoot Runs.
