you're using an overidefor the hair and face texture, right? how does your toon appaer from another's POV? (love the whole thread by the way. things small and hin-ish make me sing)

Ah, but what you're not seeing in these images is a concealed flick-knife with a neurotoxin bladder and a section of Gnome Stormtroopers hiding out in the tent. (Okay, I'll admit that the bladder is currently filled with Mead rather than a neurotoxin but it's the thought that counts isn't it.)

A hair extensions hak was added to ALFA a while ago (if the time that it arrived in Exodus is any measure) but nothing else is custom and comes from the standard NWN2 selections. (However, the smiles and other oddments, like the bowls, are drawn in afterwards.) I'm not really sure what you mean by 'appear from another's POV' tho; they should see exactly what I see - shouldn't they..? (I am now remembering the days of non-uniform hak distribution that often resulted in half of the characters being bald or freakishly completely headless.)
