Lightsout.

"Are you ready to finish this off, manling?" - A cold, beastial chuckle could be heard to the distance.
The huge, gaunting red lizard searched the small forest like area with its piercing eyes.
I leaned tightly against this large tree, breathing heavily, trying to catch my breath and at the same time do it quietly enough for it not to hear me.
He laughed again as I heard him inhale.
A sudden wave of heat suddenly burst out throughout the area, a flame, that if that tree I was leaning against were not there, would probably have turned me to crisp.
Honestly, it was one of the only times of my life where I did not know what to do. I was bound to become a snack to some overgrown lizard.
Then, I remembered the words of a being I'd prefer to forget.
"With your hate, you can overcome anything, that is, if you choose to hate it."
I gave in to that primal, primitive idle of hate, I hated that being at that moment for being what it were, for me being at this worn out body that I am in.
At that moment, it were like being hit by lightning, again that is.
My breath stabelized, the wounds stopped bleeding, and the strength I felt, as of a gods.
I slowly walked out from my hideout, taunting the great red at my direction with a small insulting gesture which included my finger.
It smirked at me, and began walking with its heavy, loud footsteps at me.
I quickly looked backwards, and noticed a small dense area of trees.
I ran quickly towards it, with big red on my tail, I barely managed to get to the right spot in time.
I ran between two, close-quartered trees and, as I hoped, big Red tried to take a bite at me.
This was my chance.
I quickly ran right to the left side of his head, plunging my swords as strongly as my muscles could allow me.
It worked, the bastard lizard's head fell, and not too later so did the rest of his body.
I sighed in relieve as the world turned dark, and all I could feel was a hard-as-wall material hit my head as I uncontrolably fell to the ground.
