That's part of what inspired the pose, yes. The other part is a Tony diTerlizzi pic of a tiefling from the old 2e Planescape Monstrous Compendium Appendix.

And isn't it obvious who would hold the chain? Malcanthet (or in the case of Pathfinder, Nocticula, Our Lady In Shadow, who fills the same role as Queen of the Succubi).
