New campaign on MS

The Crew of the Queen Robyn is a player group operating on The Moonshaes, with plot centered on seafaring intrigue in the service of Queen Alicia Kendrick. The premise of the campaign is that all of the player characters are privateers, and joining the campaign involves being recruited to serve on The Queen Robyn.

I defer to Rumple on levels; I've charged him with rallying a group and won't stop his shenanigans (or lack thereof) unless it gets entirely out of range. We need to not marginalize new PCs rolled for the game, and they need to be good-aligned enough to not screw each other while off in territory of relatively-little legal oversight (like everywhere a country might need privateers).

Also of note that our Friday evening is Rumple's Saturday afternoon. I'll take a look at Ronan's link once I'm home from work, so we can talk availability more-concretely, though I expect that it will pan out such that the Americas, Australia, and New Zealand have reasonably overlapped times, and regular Zealand will find the hour ungodly.

Endorsement for When Is Good tool.

Endorsement for Campaign play.

Endorsement for trying a game with a DM who knows all the bells and whistles the ACR has to offer (there may even be traps featuring bells and whistles in deadly combinations).

Good luck all, have fun!
ALFA NWN2 PCs: Rhaggot of the Bruised-Eye, and Bamshogbo
ALFA NWN1 PC: Jacobim Foxmantle
ALFA NWN1 Dead PC: Jon Shieldjack

Make sure you pick your timezone up top, obv. We try to span oceans with this here thing.

Also, yes. The ACR has way more features than are commonly known. I try to teach, because more people using more tools and using them better is more people getting more done with less effort, but it's a hobby and folk don't really have to learn. So, yay.

This isnt a notice of interest in this one from me, just an endorsement of fun for others who may be on the fence.
+1
I am even considering rolling a 2nd pc to join, I like the fact that all servers are open to my PC now but still considering joining with Zelk as a DM had a great time before.

Since Zelk has designated me in charge of levels...

I'd prefer to see fresh (level 1) pc's rolled for this as zelk suggested originally, though I wouldn't say no to an (currently) existing level 2. I'd point out the effectiveness of a geared up/optimized level 3 really over-shadows a new pc, esp combat classes (AC + (max) HP). (Lvl 3 holdout's can join in once the campaign group all hit lvl 2?)

A personal hope is that players wouldn't go nuts outside the campaign with power leveling for the same reason. (Though i don't think that'd happen or get to ridiculous level differences without some serious effort?)

There are some potential euro friendly time slots in zelks link above, so indicate times available, and it might happen?

Okay I'm in. Level 3 at the moment but I don't mind waiting a session or two for people to catch up a bit. Though chances are Rump will be dead by then anyway so...

Practical concerns are not devolving discusssion, so please let's not go in that direction.

I might be interested in joining in with Damien in time (he's level 3-4), so I'll keep track of this if stephen doesn't get back. As it is, I have no DM for Zyrus.
First Character: Zyrus Meynolt, the serene Water Genasi berserker. "I am the embodiment of the oceans; serene until you summon the storm." Zyrus: http://tinyurl.com/9emdbnd

Second Character: Damien Collins, the atypical druid. "What? Being a stick in the mud is boring. No pun intended grins"

To be fair, the most-likely time is Saturday morning by Euro time. Just very early morning.
