So for those that might have played the first Original Sin that came out last year, Larian have posted their kickstarter for the sequel and it has already hit its funding goal ($500k in less than 12 hours at that).

D:OS was probably one of the best RPGs I have played in a long time (next to Pillars of Eternity) so I did not hesitate to back the second one (a track record of following through certainly helps). Alpha and Beta access (if that is your thing) is available to every backer level to help improve the game.

Estimated date for it is December next year.

So this is pretty cool.

It also has a DM client for running custom adventures. There is not a ton of premade content, but it comes with a powerful toolset and lots of mods are being uploaded to Steam Workshop.

I own and play both.. DOS2 is by far the better game.. you can do so much more.. like throw a shield... Well worth it.
Have not tried the DM client yet.
