...Is the name of my band.

We're a 90's revivalist, post-grunge/low-fi/shoegaze band. Influences from Sonic Youth, My Bloody Valentine, Pixies, Dinosaur Jr, all those 90's alternative bands. We use a lot of distortion, because we're angsty douchebags like that.

Sound pretentious to you? Sorry. We didn't mean to.

Give us a listen. We're not trying to get big or anything, in fact, we were planning on just clowning around. We're not the most accessible, and we're not the best either, but we're having fun playing around with music and whatnot. Here's a cover of a song from one of our favorite bands, Yuck. The song's called Rubber, and it's a good example of the stuff we play around.

It's not a casual listen. I wouldn't say it's "abrasive", but you can't just listen to it while you browse the internet. Play it, sit down, look outside your window, gaze at the stars or something.

I'm on guitar and vocals, <CLASSIFIED> is on drums, <CLASSIFIED> on bass, <CLASSIFIED> on lead guitar.

http://filesmelt.com/dl/yuck_-_rubber_cover.mp3 ---> It's nothing shady, trust me. I have no reason to scam a bunch of D&D people.

Big shoutout to Yuck for creating such an amazing song.

Here are the lyrics, since the vocals are pretty distorted:

If I put rubber in your head
Would you make something that time will stand?

I've tried painting on the walls
But I've done nothing that stands alone

If I put rubber in your skin
Would you move around and rub it in?

I've tried painting from the inside out
But I've done nothing that I can shout about

Should I give in?

If I put rubber in your hand
Would you make me into a man?

Put me on a chain and change my name
And lead me to the place that I need to go

Aah
Yes, I give in

Oh, and forgot to mention the original.

Again, not a casual listen. Treat it like a movie. You don't play video games, browse the net, or read a book while you watch a great movie. Shame that's not the norm for music.

While I'm at it, a little something that I did ~six or so months ago. An acoustic cover of a song.
Here's a better example of my vocal range. Which is still pretty terrible.
