A Land Far Away

I know Lou has a copy of the game now, I haven't bought one yet myself but probably will sooner or later. They've added a horde/firefight type multiplayer element to the game which works best with 3-4 player teams (co-op vs. AI opponents). Any interest in getting an ALFA-team assembled for it? I tinkered a little bit with the beta before they disabled multiplayer there for the official game launch.

We'd be on US Eastern time (soon to be GMT-4, GMT-5 till Sat night), and playing via Xbox Live rather than PC; I don't believe the PC version interconnects with the Xbox one (as it uses Origin for connectivity).

This could be a good opportunity to share xbl usernames for future multiplayer funtimes anyway. I mean, who doesn't want to headshot loulabelle a dozen times in the face?!

The free downloadable beta doesn't work for multiplayer anymore, now that the real version of the game is out. I picked up the full game last night though, so can still try to get some squad combat in if people are interested.

On Xbox live I am (shockingly) AcadiusLost. (Some chance Lou may be on with my account instead at times since her exported characters are tied to my profile).

I will incinerate the both of you with a BFG 9000.

I play on the multipalyer occasionally still. My origin account is Adanu if you're looking for a competent teammate.

The multiplayer code on this thing is horrible. I manage to play Space Marine with Australians fine... but this game? Lag fest for all of us, the host included. Ugh.
