Oh yeah. That's a classic.
Here's what you do: play until you cannot take it anymore, and you are completely convinced the game is impossible. Then look up videos of speed runs on youtube.

what's really confusing is not the fact that the toon dude ran 100m... but that after the video was over all the related videos were of brestfeeding...
