The one I bought was relatively tame. I didn't think the worst of it would get past customs on my way home. I'll take a picture of it when I get home. And I've been looking for a used panty vending machine everywhere, even asking all the salespeople in adult stores I have been exploring and can't find one anywhere! I took a picture of something extremely wrong, but it was in a children's toystore, not one of the hentai figurine/comic/PC game places (some of which had rather large queues to the counter(!)). You'll have to wait for that picture for when I get back to my computer at home as well.
The perversion/nerdiness in Japan is not very well hidden. It's kind of scary in a way, wandering around adult stores, looking for the elusive used school girl panty vending machine, to see middle aged business men browsing the woman lingerie and kinky outfit section.
