I made quartering wood into a game. I will invite Heero to be my next target for "Log Chunk".

Its really good, no?

I also played on ironman, and my "keep alive" soldier ended up on 1 bar of health in the last mission. Then killed the big baddy with a super shotgun to the face from right besides him.

Was awesome.

Playing WoW currently on Frostmourne (PvP server) every day, playing a Druid Tank named: "Physh", in a Guild named: "No Angel". Check him out on WoW-Armory, item-level 566, tanking Siege of Orgrimmar (SoO) 'Normal'.

1.25 Million hit points raid buffed (sum fun).

Daily Routine (Mon-Fri): Get up 4:00am, play for 2+ hours before work. Saturday/Sunday: Get up 4:00am, play for 8+ hours each weekend day, or longer until the wife aggro breaches 110% and have to go Mall Shopping. Been doing this for 8 years. Addiction takes dedication.

When bored of WoW, it's back to ALFA, same routine. Rinse and repeat.

Any WoW players should join Frostmourne server and i'll run ya through dungeons til your eyes bleed and toss ya 1000 gold to get you started.

i would never ever EVER in my life level something from lvl 1 if it did not include every possible heirloom + exp bonus in the game. (also, it isnt the gold that matters, its how many 20+ slots bags that can be provided!)

Check her out, she is far from impressive, but atleast im having fun those few hours i can game: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/b ... zin/simple

edit: why the fuck she's standing looking absolutely amazingly dumb in retri gear is beyond my comprehension. such a shame, i spent hours tonight pimping my pvp transmog set

It is very, very good. The early game is not nearly as good as the original X-COM's, but the late game is actually more complex. I was a lot more critical of it until I realized that it plays and is popular on CONSOLES. Bringing a turn-based strategy game to consoles is pretty huge.

My first play-through was "blind" (no wikis, strategy guides, etc.) Classic Ironman, which I thought was "just right" in terms of difficulty. In all difficulties the early game is still too hard relative to the rest of it, as much of your success is going to come down to randomness.

Impossible Ironman is insanely hard. It was the most difficult gaming experience I can remember having. Its like playing chess against an opponent with a full board of pieces, while all you have is two rooks and two knights.

It's the only game I remember really enjoying in last five years.

I finally bought Dark Souls and am actually enjoying how hard it likes to kick you in the balls. Crushing difficulty makes beating a boss feel incredible.

It honestly is one of the best games I've played.

Like, honestly.

Too bad it'll be forever remembered as "Artificial Difficulty : The Game"

Jern's review reminded me to get around to playing FTL, which I'm having good fun with. Apart from that I'm entertaining myself with my Napoleon:TW grand campaign 'til Rome becomes playable and reasonably priced. Sacking Paris and building the Sieggessäule with the proceeds certainly made me chuckle.
The power of concealment lies in revelation.

Why do people play MMOs

What is so fun about hitting the same fucking monsters over and over again to reach the level cap and when you hit the level cap you hit the SAME FUCKING MONSTERS over and over again to reach the gear cap

then you do that all over again with a new character

It literally is feeling satisfied because you see big numbers flash on your screen

thats

literally

it

So fucking stupid

Why do I play video games
