Do we really need 20 pages to show that republicans are angry white men and democrats are stuck-up intellectualist snobs?

Just because you're an intellectualist doesn't mean you're smart. :P

We can all cherry pick the dumb things politicians have said. Guess who said this:

"Over the last 15 months, we've traveled to every corner of the United States. I've now been in fifty seven states, I think one left to go."

I'll tell you what. She's a heck of a lot smarter than most to have gotten to where she is. You hardcore liberals who whine relentlessly about how disadvantaged women are should at least appreciate that much. And I don't see any of you standing up on that stage squaring up against a 30 year senator in a debate before a national audience and making a respectable showing.

She's far from perfect, but so is everyone else.

They are fsckin' disadvantaged. Any research will show that. Don't even have to be a hard-core liberal to tell you that.

Edit: On a sidenote, Palin is a horrible choice for VP. And again, I don't even have to be liberal to say that.

And so you wonder why they disparage the woman's intelligence every time she makes a mistake.

Who? Liberals? Wait now, didn't you just mention liberals are barking about their disadvantages? Well, I don't think they disparage Palin at all for being a woman... but because of how many mistakes she DOES make.

Spin spin spin... women are disadvantaged because our society is already that way. Most of it is due to the social phenomenon. Most of their disadvantages are in the work force: pay, rate of hire, etc. Some of the inequalities that exist are how they are treated more like sex objects than people. There's tons of social pressures that are involved in that.

As for running for VP, well, any true liberal is going to back a woman or a chinese one-armed midget with US citizenship, as long they are fighting for what's supposedly right. I am truly down the middle when it comes to voting. If a republican became a candidate that had some decent ideas about getting the country back to shape, and was truly concerned about the "country first" I'd probably vote in his or her direction.

I don't believe christianity belongs in government. As long as government doesn't impede upon religion and religion stays the hell away from government, I'm happy. There are choices we are all given. I don't care what you believe. If you're a christian and you believe abortion should be illegal, that's great, don't get an abortion. It's your choice. If people want to kill embryo's in their bodies, and you're a supposed christian, the only way to go about that is to let God decide, eh? Judge and be judged. It's right there in your bible.

But enough rambling. I'm sick of extremists. Both sides. I've said it a million times already. If people don't start coming together, then yes, this world is going to be hell. There are far too many fsckin' sheep in this country, deaf, dumb and blind. I'm tired of their prejudices, their self-righteousness, and their need for control.
