Maybe not the "best" comics ever created, but I found a few funnies with a lot of D&D-ish overtones, here's one:

It's one of the few SFW ones on that site, there's a lot of dirty content, and I do mean dirty... but still usually with D&D-ish stuff associated, like a Berserker ending up all frothing at the mouth in a brothel, lots of lowbrow laughs I guess. Consider yourselves warned!
