This thread is to immortalise the gentlemans competition between heero, burt, and myself.
The winner shall know glory, the losers shall weep bitter tears.
The winner will have 8 visible abs made of steel and sexy. Prizes for first to epic abs, prizes also for any who have epic abs at the start of 2014.
More competition is welcome, 2013 shall be known as the year that alfans became sexy/(ier).
List your interest here, and tell us how you are doing it, so we may find a better way and not tell you.

I used to have a good set of abs but the job means i am not active these days. Hopefully this will be a good motivator.
Anyone going to post suggested exercises?
We could even do monthly or fortnightly progress updates?

I am practicing currently by doing 12oz curls. Well, a set starts at 12oz then steadily decreases until its time to start a new set.

I did 10 mins of mixed ab exercises shortly after the new year started, and ran 6km today over 30 mins. My knee hurts. Which was not unexpected since i damaged it a few years ago. I'll lay of the running once i get access to the gym again.
I am currently at my most unfit state ever. So, the only way is up!
