Okay, need a tip here. Got the Dish and can now get Power Armor training but for the life of me I can't find the Lab that I'm supposed to go to. I"ve searched the GNR building and can't find the it or Gunny who's supposed to offer training.

Ahhh. Thanks. I like how the guy in the GNC building just says, "He's in the Lab" when you complete the Dish quest to get power armor training. Never thought it would be a totally different and undiscovered building.
