And turkey is alright, but the real treat are all the sides with it when you have a good cook.

Turkey is juicey ... if you brine the bird and if you cook it upside down for the majority of the cooking time...

I.E. if you need to cook it for 4 hours you cook the bird upside down and under a tin foil tent for 3 hours 30 mins ... then you remove bird and flip it back to the traditional side up... keep basting and soon you will have juicy turkey ...

Orange slices in the cavity adds a sweet flavor too.
