Ok, this one intrigues the hell out of me. I have been a major fan of Wil Eisner for many years. I had a friend back in high school that was really into the Spirit and he turned me onto the comics. Whats really great about this movie is that Frank Miller is directing it. The movie has the same noir look that Sin City had which was brilliant. The cast is superb with Scarlett Jo, Samuel L. Jackson and Eva Mendes as the biggest stars onboard.
Truly cant wait till this one comes out... check out the website here.

I didn't like sin city at all. The dialog was attrocious & jessica alba kept her clothes on.
though Frank Miller made up for it with 300. He gave us a sylized view of the world of ancient greece and a spartan society whose ideals of honor and doing the right thing no matter the cost barely exist in a modern world of latte drinkin starbucksfuckers, mtv masterbaters, & armchair complainers. Both politically incorrect yet somewhat accurate toward accounts (albiet slightly stretching the truth a tad. ;p ) It created memes and hilarious RL recreations from pissed off individuals.
I look forward to The Spirit in hopes that it isn't a Sin City clone.
