Post Deletes

Oh I don't doubt that some of Whitey's posts were deleted, given the habitual nature of Whitey's posts, but I was under the impression that forum moderaters were allowed to do so. It's also not exactly news that admin occasionally tell folk to shut up. It's certainly happened to me, and I whined about it at the time too, though I at least had the grace to do it in PM's.

Well, if it were happening to me, I would take note, and start making screen shots and copying my posts of everything do from then on, gather a good collection, and then make the complaint.

But then again I've been an HDM and lots of accusations thrown at me and the DM's with me so I have been used to covering my ass

He most likely just njubed and had his session timed out because the posts are so friggin long.

In case anyone was wondering, no, i havent deleted any posts. I did delete a few he did in threads where i specifically said posts like his would be deleted, but thats it.

In fairness, proving that a post you made has been deleted via a screenshot is rather difficult, after the deletion - unless you habitually screenshot every post you make.

I suppose you could just make exactly the same post, after it had been deleted, and screen shot the second one just in case, but if I got to the point where I thought that was necessary, I too would probably stop coming to the forums.

You could likely go into your browsers cache and find the page as it existed right after you made the post, but i doubt many people would know how to do that.

Good point. WW did mention his l33t hacker skills on more than one occasion, so I'm sure he could have done this.
