Mexican toilets....

*shudders*

Exept for the one in the condo we rented, I did not see one toilet that flushed (though the were all of the type to flush) in the Yucatan.

The jungle was cleaner BY FAR.

Really? I found the Yucatan really clean and fresh, I did not have any toiletcomplaints

Starting the 16th my cruise will be hitting Costa Maya and then Cozumel. A fun fill week of no kids and strange toilets.

If you can visit Tulum. It is one of the best places I have ever been to. Chichen Itza is also a nice spot for an excursion. Avoid Cancun like the plague, even if the toilets there are top notch

I think we have enough political banter going in other threads as it is, and they're all just rehashes of the previous political threads. I'd just like one where everyone isn't fighting with each other. Well... you're allowed to fight with each other in this thread... just as long as it's literally about crap.

Besides, biological excretions are an important part of everyone's lives. It's something that affects us all, and the different environments we choose to perform these vital functions is educating, no matter how unpleasant society deems these acts and want to sweep them under the rug!

So far my worst toilet experiance has been in Columbia. I had eaten something that really tore me up and the crapper, well the whole eco-system of the bathroom I should say, was so bad I actually walked away to find another one. Basically I chose the risk of filling my shorts than dropping them in there. I was pretty miserable but that was still more enjoyable then the sh**-demons layer of the Abyss.
