((WORK IN PROGRESS))
The default Parry functions of NWN still exist and still function. The following features are in addition to the normal function of NWN Parry.

Ayergo's Parry Features only work against the Creature your Character has Targeted.
Every time a Target is killed, you need to select a new Target to make these Parry Features available.

Dual Wielding and Wielding Dual Weapons allows a Character to use these Parry Features against more then on Enemy at a time.

PARRY TIERS
As Parry Ranks are increased new Parry Options are unlocked and previous Parry Options become more potent and effective.
Parry Ranks are determined by the Character's total Ranks available at any given moment by combining Skill Ranks, Attribute Bonuses, Feats, Armor Penalties, Item Bonuses and anything else.

Tier 1 requires 4 Ranks of Parry
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an Unarmed Creature or Creature with a Creature Weapon, the Creature will be force to make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's Effective Parry Ranks. Failed Saves will deliver 1d4 Damage to the Creature.

When a Character successfully uses Parry against an armed creature, the creature must make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's effective Ranks in Parry or take a Penalty to their Armor Class for a few Rounds.

Tier 2 requires 6 Ranks of Parry
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an Unarmed Creature or Creature with a Creature Weapon, the Creature will be force to make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's Effective Parry Ranks. Failed Saves will deliver 2d4 Damage to the Creature.

When a Character successfully uses Parry against an armed creature, the creature must make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's effective Ranks in Parry or take a Penalty to their Attack Bonus for a few Rounds.

Tier 3 requires 8 Ranks of Parry
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an Unarmed Creature or Creature with a Creature Weapon, the Creature will be force to make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's Effective Parry Ranks. Failed Saves will deliver 3d4 Damage to the Creature.

When a Character successfully uses Parry against an armed creature, the creature must make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's effective Ranks in Parry or become Slowed for a few Rounds.

Tier 4 requires 12 Ranks of Parry
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an Unarmed Creature or Creature with a Creature Weapon, the Creature will be force to make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's Effective Parry Ranks. Failed Saves will deliver 4d4 Damage to the Creature.

When a Character successfully uses Parry against an armed creature must make a Will Save with a DC equal to the Character's effective parry Ranks or be Dazed.

Tier 5 requires 16 Ranks of Parry
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an Unarmed Creature or Creature with a Creature Weapon, the Creature will be force to make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's Effective Parry Ranks. Failed Saves will deliver 5d4 Damage to the Creature.

When a Character successfully uses Parry against an armed creature they must make a Will save with a DC equal to the Character's effective parry Ranks or suffer AC and Damage penalties.

Tier 6 requires 20 Ranks of Parry
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an Unarmed Creature or Creature with a Creature Weapon, the Creature will be force to make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's Effective Parry Ranks. Failed Saves will deliver 6d4 Damage to the Creature.

When a Character successfully uses Parry against an armed creature...??????

As JMecha stated above this is a work in progress. The Tiers posted above appear in line with my experience as does the damage to unarmed opponents who fail their reflex save vs. a DC = to the characters current parry. The effects on armed opponents have changed and I have detailed the ones I have experienced below.

Important items of note regarding parrying:
1.The base NWN1 system is still active although Ayergo's takes precedence
2.You must target an opponent to engage the Ayergo Parry
3.In order to parry against more than one opponent you must equip two weapons or a quarterstaff you still need to target an opponent to activate
4.Parry feedback is given in the dialogue boxes
5. Once you target an opponent (while parry mode is engaged)it will state that Ayergo's Parry system is being used in th edialogue box
5. Use of a Rapier will grant +1 to Parry
6. It is possible to get hit by an opponent and still cause them damage or ill effects from the Parry with the same attack if they fail their save

The effect to armed opponents is based on the actual parry made (which is randomly generated) and the magnitude of the effect is based on the Tier (ranks of Parry.) For those of you who are familiar with real life parry number positions, you will appreciate the detail put into these effects and the additional visual of combat it gives you.

Effects I has seen so far:

Prime - Penalties to AC and Damage
Parry 2 - Does not exist or not yet encountered
Parry 3 - Does not exist or not yet encountered
Parry 4 - Natural AC penalty
Parry 5 - Does not exist or not yet encountered
Parry 6 - Attack Bonus penalty
Circle 6 Parry - Opponent is dazed
Parry 7 -Does not exist or not yet encountered
Parry 8 - Opponent is slowed
Current NWN1 PCs: Cyrus Thelvair, Castien Miracaryn, Yargrim Goldbrew.
