Citizens of Waterdeep should beware the recent sightings of the most hated drow near the North Road. While no attacks on caravans have been reported as yet, the city is offering a reward for drow heads as a preemptive measure to curb the threat from the dark elves. City guard commanders in the area have been authorized to pay handsomely for proof of killing this menace to the area and citizens of the Lords Alliance.
