City Watch report: Dragon Cultist

The City Watch reports that a raid on what is believed to be the last Dragon Cult safehouse in the city was carried out successfully. All cultist were killed or captured, except one who was killed in the Adventurers Quarters. The City Watch commanders are confident all Dragon Cult activity has been removed from the city.
