Daily Trumpet - Goblins attack the warrens!

A group of large armored humans broke down the sturdy metal door from the sewers to the warrens, then marched through the district intimidating locals. Not long after the door came down a large contingent of goblins moved in, attacking the population there and taking several hostages. Travelers are warned that goblins are likely still in the area until the door can be sealed.

If the goblins capture some halflings for slaves, are they only half price? Asking for a friend.

Oooooor...you could become their hero by clearing the goblins out. Then imagine the songs...

You should rally some armored thugs to take care of it! Oh,and also give them shit for allowing all the goblins in.

Goblins run out of the Warrens this time without breaking the door
information being sought as to if any one is missing or taken

It is believed a leader of the goblins invaders was slain.
(The boss CR type goblin Kalo took out was a “goblin patriarch”, not sure if it was THE boss)

I logged on, inviso'd and had a look. All that was on at the time was me and two other low-level folks, so it was too dangerous for my blood.
(As usual.)
Dear high-levels, try not to adventure like a bull in a china shop next time.

There was some very entertaining RP at Safe Haven in the lead up to the clean up of the Warrens involving Arryn's guilt over bashing down the door and letting the goblin's in. The heroes then wandered around the sewers for a bit looking for said iron door as Arryn could not remember where it was located. Keryn, using her maps of the sewers ultimately found it, with a buffed Mari picking the lock. Rook had suggested that Arryn hold his huge baseball bat like Heavy Mace "Lucille" between his thighs while we spin him around ten times and then go in the direction it points as a tried and true method of "Letting the Lady show us the way."
The cleanup of the Warrens was methodical. Not a single goblin was left alive.
