Daily Trumpet: Gang violence hits the streets

In a moment we all thought we'd put behind us, our fair city of Waterdeep has been rocked once again by gang violence.
It was an unseasonably warm night as Jonathan Biggelsbort (15) finished his shift guarding a local warehouse when the unthinkable happened. Two well armed and armored thugs leapt from the depths of the night and viciously beat the poor boy to within an inch of his life. Now resting at a nearby temple the boy told our reporter that he was scared that was the night he was going to die. A collection was held at the Trumpet to get Jonathan a nice get well soon cake which he gratefully received.
In further news our crime correspondent reports that local hero, Lieutenant Shaun Slater found and arrested the responsible criminals, a man dressed in red ludicrously bringing the good name of Sune into disrepute by claiming to be some kind of holy warrior and a large bearded man, slightly older and probably the brains of the operation. Eyewitness accounts, who will remain nameless to protect their identity, state it was one of the most senseless acts of violence they've ever seen.
Citizens are warned to be on their guard for further members of this evil gang but to not approach and instead inform the watch, they are believed to be armed and dangerous.
In the opinion of this fine paper; ban this sick filth!
