Rumors of undead stirring at night in the city of the dead have caught the attention of the Third Circle. It seems there are many lost souls not properly put to rest in Waterdeep's past, and they seek adventurers to bring them remains to be safely put to rest.
((I've put back in the dungeon of the crypt upper level for a new low level dungeon area. It by no means is meant to be able to solo at level 1, but I think you'll find it fun in small groups. There are two entrances, one in the sewers accessible with lock pick, and one in the city of the dead only accessible at night))
