DAILY TRUMPET ---STRANGE STATUE APPEARS NEAR BEER GOLEM

A strange statue of a Dragon has appeared in the side street beside the Beer Golem in the Adventurers Quarter!
Who put it there and why and more importantly who is going to Move it so it stops blocking traffic!
Could it be one of the strangers who are attacking people on the streets and bear the mark of a 5 headed Dragon tattoed on their arms ?
