WHL updated to ACR 1.91

Server back up running the ACR 1.91 haks.

There is a new alfa2_templates.hak on the DM FTP under /NWN2/HAK/v1.91/ -- no need to compile or stage anything, and it doesn't need to exist anywhere but on the server. Just overwrite the one you have there and restart the mod.
I believe this will fix your stutter walkers (reported by Adanu in your bug thread). If it doesn't, then it will fix a totally-unrelated stutter walker, and I'll have to figure out what to do with the others.
