I'm not DMing WHL at the moment. There is Adanu, and Kiyoti, and maybe one other DM. But nothing running at present. Unfortunately this campaign died before I could pick it up.

Yeah, characters from this campaign can play freely, per the player admin.

UD PCs are KOS on some servers so use your brain.
