Rumor about Oman Isle is that a number of bugbears and ... zombie minions of them... have been problematic around Iron Keep lately. People aren't much sure where they're holed up, but they must be dug in somewhere, because no one's found any camps.

Word is that they've made off with numerous relatively-minor bits of valuables as collateral to their primary aims, which seems to be stealing food.

(The CR for the individual scuffles in this is about 6-7, plus a slightly-tougher boss fight. There are many encounters, and PCs should plan for endurance, not clearing one room and nomming on a treasure chest-- PCs over level 12 should not participate; PCs levels 9-12 should bring a couple lowbies and split the loot. Other PCs may proceed at their own risk)

*rumor is (also) that there are still undead rising in the Skaug Crypts. Most folk are fine leaving it alone and barring the door. But some folk say the dead are pilling up outside and they need to be put to rest in the Crypts again*

Rumor is that 3 humans and one small folk went into the Skaug Crypts to clean out the undead. People saw them enter and left the Crypts few times. The last time they left they came out running and cursing of a Lich that they couldn't hurt. A few people claim to see them take a ship to Corwell in defeat.

A man in red armor from earlier, reenters the crypt again with a cloaked women. They both emerge soon after, none worse the ware.

When asked, he says the lich is dead.

A large, heavily armored blue 'Genasi' with a dolphin-like voice calling himself Zyrus has started to go around to Isle taverns asking for anyone interested in dealing with this to leave a message at Trapper's Hold for him. The Genasi is a mercenary berserker of a warriors reputation. (please send me a PM if you want to work on this)

A small but rather strong looking hin staggers into town burdened down by a whole lot of weapons wrapped in furs. He tells a tall tale about riding a rainbow colored dragon to the moon and back.

A sprightly hin lass with a big smile and wit, has been overheard telling tale of sharing an ale or two with an elder dragon, while perched on couch amidst it's horde. She could be heard bragging how the dragon took well to the Lowhill Ale, and how he was appreciative of a good ale after a particularly hard day.

She also tell the folk to keep an eye out for the Pies and Pennies' entertaining company, for they will be producing a play on the entertaining engagement.

Coppers and silvers flow within the taverns and dicing games of Corwell, as fishermen share tankards of ale to the recent request of food. Fish can be seen to be both salted and packed away in crates around the market itself.

A man in red armor walked Corwell Town casting spells every so often. He nods to those that watch him with distrust and continues his work.

A brave child runs up and asks him what he is doing. He replies "Young lad, I am seeking out any evil in this fair town by calling on the divine to assist my search" he gives the child a silver and keeps at his work.

Two halflings, approaches one of the royal guards at the Regent's field if he could deliver a messege to the owner of the jousting grounds could be informed that the Pies and Pennies, currently residing in Lowhill, would be intrested in learning how to go about to be allowed to use the field, or parts of it to put up a performance. One ofthe halflings, a darkhaired, strong looking parted from some coins to help the guard keep their question in memory

Rumor is Queen Alicia is taking bids for a personage of the confederated isles of the Ffolk to run a Greengrass Festival in their choice of locale. The event host will be required to schedule events, choose events, and serve as the coordinator of said events and libations at the event. Costs will be provided by the crown as well as Regent's Field and the Queen's Royal Maze. Word is to write the Queen's Seneschal with your proposal.

A quite rumor circulates around Corwell of a marriage between a human and elf. The ceremony was done under the moon light in the nearby grove.
