an unknown halfling, on hearing of the festival, would hope to get involved in the entertainment side. She shows a small sample of her magic outside the Sune temple, folding a scroll into the shape of a bird and making it 'hover', and a few simple colour changes. She seeks a way to register her interest for that, without intruding on the main events.
