Sanctuary Spell?

Wanted to understand the NWN2 / ALFA implementation of sanctuary.
Say I'm a cleric under the effect of a Sanctuary spell. Can I cast non-threatening spells without breaking the sanctuary? Like a cure spell on a friend? Or does casting any spell at all break the sanctuary?

The in game description seems a little ambiguous, saying casting a spell breaks it. The PnP / SRD rules say only hostile spells break it.

Thanks!

Test it; we have no control over the details of sanctuary, as we have no direct access to the perception tables.

Any clerics that have tried this in ALFA?

Nothing like roleplaying a coward for something more interesting and less cookie-cutter  (Or even someone not out-of-this-world brave)

I tried it once, but it was a long time ago. but i thiiiiink that the effect of the sanctuary spell lasted full duration despite healingspells being cast while under it.

should be plenty of clerics around that could volonteer to try it out?
