A Land Far Away

Tried this on two seperate computers, both with nwn client and skywing client.

Logged onto game, and logged into MS and BG(just to see if it was server specific)

after file check, I click Select Character and that screen opens, but my character Bram Woodson no longer is there.

Curmudgeon has verified that the bic file is indeed in the vault.

It should be a cache problem.

I'll try to see if I can do something about it if I can't you might need to PM Basilica about it.

I checked and your character is there on both servers.

Maybe the problem was solved by someone else.
If it isn't please ask Basilica and keep me informed thanks.

Thank to to all involved. It was a broken connection to the vault from MS. AL gave it some lovin.

I think that the same thing is happening with my character Cernius Pinster. I played him for the first time on the moonshaes, now when I log in he isn't there on the character select screen. Any help would be appreciated.

I can't connect to the MS server from my work computer.

Your best bet is to find someone in chat with access to the MS server: Castano or AcadiusLost (AL).

If it is the same in about 8 hours PM me and I'll do it from home.

Falx, you logged in twice with the PC according to the log parser we have:

Last Login= 2012-03-31 02:42:00

And Basil says it is int he vault. Likely this is resolved now?

To be clear we didn't make any changes. I think you may have logged in while MS was disconnected from the vault, which is why nothing was showing up at that time.
