Skaug group likely needs a "leader" type PC

Post by dergon darkhelm »

If you don't frequently peruse the Moonshaes forums you might not know too much about Trid's regular ongoing campaign out of Skaug.

The group is a loosely amalgamated and fragmented bunch who get together to make coin and occasionally fight really nasty things in the process.

The problem is that most of the surviving PCs are all either low Cha, too chaotic, too paranoid, or too dogmatic in style to hold together the player group.

The ideal PC iirc would be a non-good, non-lawful, non-religious (except maybe waukeen or something a bit more permissive) with a decent charisma and an eye toward monetary rewards. Class and race are wide open....and it's Skaug, so that's *really* wide open. They have githyanki walking around on the street there.

If I'm speaking out of line here, I'm sure Trid will post with an appropriate smack down. :) I just don't want to see this campaign go fallow simply due to lack of IC coherance.

Did someone say Roland Bishop?
Too bad i'm invested in a coming thing on TSM, or i'd jump to the occasion. Really would.
pragmatic (adj.)
The opposite of idealistic is pragmatic, a word that describes a philosophy of "doing what works best."
From Greek pragma "deed," the word has historically described philosophers and politicians who were
concerned more with real-world application of ideas than with abstract notions. A pragmatic person
is sensible, grounded, and practical.

Perpherally . But if Jonathon was OOC wanting to make a return I could step aside further.

Depending on how things evolve from here on TSM, Roland Bishop might need to head south. (Assuming not being hanged is an option)

I'm only yanking your chain - it'll be more rewarding when I assassinate Hully in person.
