Simple HTML Table Needed

I need someone to create a table using HTML for me to post in our website. I have a corrupt version of the table at present that doesn't compile properly and it should be very easy to duplicate in proper HTML code. Does anyone have 20-30 minutes to volunteer for this quick project?

Thank you guys. It seems the WYSIWYG editor is faulty. Hopefully can get it fixed.
