That's Bring Your Own Bounty Hunter.
The gritty village of Soubar has seen even more violence than usual these days. Most reckon the cause to be the number of bounty hunters, many no more than criminals themselves, come down from Baldur's Gate in hopes of claiming rewards on members of the infamous Dark Scabbards, a lawless gang wanted for various crimes in the northern city ranging from bribery to extrotion to theft to murder of City Watch.
Rewards of 100 gold coin per head, more for gang leaders such as Ralland "One Eye" Jort, have been offerred by the Baldur's Gate Magistry. Rumors have it that "One Eye" was seen making trade and buying supplies in Soubar and even taking drink in The Winding Way Inn.
