NWN1 Weekly Group

As I'm back with a computer and internet, looking to get playing again. Thought about DMing, but with WD not coming back, I really can't be fucked. So, any NWN1 campaigns have a space, and willing to accept a new PC?

Does not compute.

If you meant NWN2 however, my exalted campaign can always use more folks. Less combat more RP type of campaign.

Moonshaes has a low-ish level campaign, unsure of the day of the week, but it's Euro eves, Rusty's. Maybe level 1s can integrate (whether Rotku's or anyone else's).

Shadowdale has a mid/high level campaign, not clear on the day of the week, Pacific (GMT-8) eves, Jaydemoon's principally... Zelknolf also supports direct / indirect around key plots (not sure if she has her own reg. scheduled thing). I am sure everyone would smile and nod towards level 1s joining a party with level 12s, but I can't imagine it being a lot of fun to end up in the role of the "caddy," or eventually the Area of Effect casualty.

Sembia has a couple mid/high level campaigns, Sundays Valdimir runs something EST (GMT-5) eves, Wednesday Arkan runs something Euro eves. Both campaigns lows are "around 7th", and highs "around 11th", best I can recall. HOWEVER, Sembia's also home to that "campaign PCs pilot thing", so each of those existing campaigns may entertain "new joins", at a discretionary starting level, if the patron DM (and I assume his regulars the last couple of years) are good with it. Additionally, a new campaign purely focussed around this pilot program seems to be getting organized, sounds like Valdimir and Ksiel are the principal DMs behind it, so I'd assume American-friendly times of day, apparently Friday evenings, are going to be preferred. Net, the new campaign will be a bunch of fresh PCs, I do not know what starting level is contemplated for that campaign.

Unfortunately, none of these 4-5 campaigns jump out and scream "New Zealand perfect fit", but maybe the information above will help someone or other, even if it turns out not 100% helpful to Rotku. Inaccuracies, if any, are my fault, this is just the most recent impression of what's going on around ALFA's NWN1 at the moment.

Hey Rotku,
I am in the works of wishing to start in on any Campaign w/ a new character. The only issue is I am EST (GMT -5) so it would be tough you being in NZ. But if times do work that's two 1st lvl's in on anything a DM would like to pick up on.

I am working with Vald to put together a new campaign on Sembia for low levels/new pc's. As of now, it looks like it will be Friday evenings 7:30 p.m. CST (-6) to 10:30ish.

Hoping to get this started in mid to late January. Would love to have you. Check Sembia forums for updates.

I hope this helps.

To be honest, I don't know how well fridays will work for me in a few months time (with work and uni startign up again).

Also, another question, to get NWN1 set up, all I need to do is run worldgate, right?

Would love to have few "new" players in my "campaign" in Sembia and in the spirit of the trial run I´ve considered it and spoken with Vald and my players and I´d be willing to boost the new joins propably to 4th lvl to match up better with existing regulars. (of course, it´s entirely optional. Lvl1 is just as welcome, it just might be harder to survive as rest of the folks are 6+. )

I´ll make a more detailed post about this in Sembia forums eventually, but the regular time I´ve been running close to two years is Wednesday 20GMT.
