Switching to a faster website/forum

Post by Hialmar »

Thanks to Zicada we now have a new website.

We'll switch to it after the TA election.

There will be a downtime of about 4 hours from 1 am EST.

I'll post again here when I have the exact date (and make this an announcement).

Yay! Thanks much to Hialamar and Zicada.
There's a place I like to hide
A doorway that I run through in the night
Relax child, you were there
But only didn't realize and you were scared
It's a place where you will learn
To face your fears, retrace the years
And ride the whims of your mind

Yes, thanks to both of you guys! I know from testing Zics connection that the speed was super fast. Now, if we can just upgrade the website and forums we will be set for a long time ;)

What blue bar ?

Edit: Got it. It's new from Firefox 3 I think. Something with the CSS.
Maybe Roekemoes can fix that when he will look at CSSes.
I am not good with that.

I'm sure I can do some bugfixes tomorrow. The website is indeed swamped with strange javascripts en CSS errors. At a quick glance I also noticed quite a lot of typo's that I will try to fix tomorrow.

I'll post some updates in a new thread when I'll get to it tomorrow.
