Voting for Lead, Infra, and Tech Admin is conducted by HDMs, EADMs, standing Admin, and Staff Heads, as it has been in every previous election for the past three years, if not longer. A motion to extend voting for Lead Admin to the full ALFA membership was forwarded a while back, but failed by a single vote, if memory serves. Vendrin has expressed an interest in revisiting the issue if he is elected. If Paazin has stated his position on full-membership voting for Lead Admin, I've thus far overlooked it; but I expect he would be amenable to putting forward such a motion as well.
So, it's nothing personal- its the way we've been doing this all along. Technically, one additional TSM DM could have been appointed as EADM before the election cycle began, but appointments during an election do not grant voting rights until the next election.

Correct me if I'm wrong, AL, but I believe Lead Vote was extended to ADMs as well as the list you gave.

Yes, full ADMs have the vote for Lead.

I'd blame the DMA.

And of course PADMs weren't promoted to ADM before the election.

Had requests been made to promote PADMs who've completed their training and/or probationary period to full status prior to the start of voting?
On one hand you don't want a situation where a batch of PADMs are suddenly recuited solely to influence an election but on the other you don't want to see foot dragging intended to block legitimate voters for strategic reasons.

And they never will by the way things are looking.

I know of no requests from any NWN1 or NWN2 HDMs to have PADMs promoted in the last little while. Usually adds/deletes/status updates are posted by HDMs/EADMs in a DM Applications forum, so that's about all I base my reply upon. I kind of doubt there's a stack of "please approve PADM-->ADM" PMs in the DMA inbox at present, I at least know that the DM Applications inbox isn't jammed with them, so it's probable that no forum activity = no requests.

Well then, Vendrin shouldn't have even bothered.
Most of his platform dealt with NWN2 and reform of the admin staff, and requirements for some Admins to be NWN2 players or DM's.
Since the majority of DM's and staff are NWN1, and very few FULL DM's are NWN2 (2), well, Vendrin is screwed.
The NWN1 cabal wins again.
