If you have your player group and need a forum to coordinate just PM me and I'll create it.

Those forums will be private and the person asking for them will be able to add/remove people to the player group.

By default all player groups are anonymous. I.e. no-one can see the forum nor see who is in the group.

Tell me if you prefer less privacy (ie group visible and/or forum visible).

Edit: I have stickied this. Can you both edit your messages so that you present your usergroups and say that people need to contact you to be added ?

I may not be doing it right (never moderated before)

but it seems that I only have the ability to move threads around and suc, not to add people etc.

I shouldn't be helping a filthy helmite, but you go into usergroups(should be between memberlist and profile), select your usergroup and then the rest should be self explanatory.

I don't know jack about how forums are setup, but...

If everyone could see the titles of the forums for groups that have forums (even if they can't enter the forum), it would probably be a big boost to recruiting since players could see what options are out there.

I'll try to do that.

Now if the player groups manager want to send me some text to put under the forum name I'll add it.
We could also add something like: "if you want to join Oceania ask Veilan" or somesuch.

Well there is a slight problem.

You can still see the last person who posted in the forum.
This could be a problem if someone didn't want to be known to be in a player group for meta gaming reasons.

Tell me if it is a problem.
