I hereby open self-nominations for the position of Technical Administrator of ALFA.

The nomination period will last for seven days from the time of this post.

The successful candidate will serve until November 2008.

I hereby enlist for another term. In all likelihood, this will be my final term as Tech Admin. At the conclusion of it (if elected), as TA emeritus, I'd like to look back knowing that we did everything we could to ensure as much technical consistency across ALFA servers as possible, and with servers currently in development, it seems we have a little ways to go yet. Whether or not those servers get to live on my final watch, I think ALFA has a solid foundation on which to build and operate its game servers, and of course, some very fine and talented people running the show.
