IMPORTANT STUFF!
Rusty has a great idea about getting help. I am consolidating generic content in the DM forums. If you have a cool idea for an adventure, or a static quest and you don't care who uses it, then send it to me via a PM and I will add it to the "Free content forum" this will serve as a place for DMs to grab up ideas and use them as they wish.
You will of course get full credit for your idea in the DM forums as well as maybe an in game secret acknowledgement, such as having an NPC named after you or some such immortal monument in praise of your help.
Please submit ideas using the following format.
DMs/Builders that want to look at what has been posted so far...go here.

Type of content: Static or Improv adventure, or whatever best describes the type of content.
Title (name your idea)
For X players levels Y
Adventure run time:
Set-up time:
Set-up: (what does a DM need to do before he starts the game?)
Narrative hook: ( how should the players stumble on the quest?)
Exposition: (how does the adventure start?)
Plot: (describe the events up to the climax)
Climax: (not that kind get your mind out of the gutter.)
Conclusion: (What are the possible outcomes?)
Rewards/Special considerations:

Good initiative, Nalo. Wish you success with the collection.
At least on the "static" front (though I know you're also collecting ideas for little one-shot DM'd sessions), one doesn't need to have toolset / convo writing / scripting expertise to be able to suggest something creative, for maybe some DM or builder running low on inspiration to take up and polish. Of course, the more you can flesh out (i.e., writing an organized "conversation tree" to easily cut and paste, for instance, or even providing actual tooled content for donation), I'm sure it can be even more useful.

Can we get a folder on the FTP for "Donated content" ? or is there one already? I didn't look.

I think it's a great idea, too. Players who want to see a specific type of quest and have run across a place for it in game can post their ideas here. Can't promise for myself to get them scripted and in super double plus quick before I finish debugging the Uni quests, but it'd be great to have a repository of ideas for when I have scripting time on my hands.
Enjoy the game

*waves a rod of ressurection*
I don't understand why my PM box is not flooded with quest ideas and unique conversations...
There are sooooo many different types of creative people here...
Come on folks, send me a PM with your idea, I will post it up for the DMs/builders to use...
> if you are worried that someone will be cruel or critical of your idea just tell me to make the author unknown.
Especially with new servers being built this will really help give the builders a wealth of ideas to help them when their brains are steaming.
Even if they don't use your idea exactly as you had planned it can be the springboard for some great quest.
How cool would it be for you as a player to happen across a static quest that you had designed?, well SUPER COOL.
If I don't start getting PMs ... I will be forced to post ridiculous ideas, and argue stupid points about stupid things...well I will probably do that anyway, nevermind.
I know ...
Once I get 100 unique ideas, static quests. DM improv games and/or conversations...I will leave ALFA for good!!
psst. not really, but don't tell Vendrin, let the guy dream a little.
