ALFA1 lost a Faenor

Post by viigas »

Bital rockheart of TFN, later IRONSTAR and of late Faenor (highpriestess of Berronar) Bital have closed her door to study old history undisturbed.

....in all this I like to say thanks for all the lovely time I had as a player.

Bital started out just weeks after ALFA1 live and did manage to reach all and more goals then I had set up for her. She managed to collect an impressiv gemcollection ("offered" to her godess ofcourse), she managed to become a milionaere in Faeurungold dealing and trading in gems, she was rewarded with nothing less then five truly unique items of four was direct related to her faith. She have donated over 700.000 gold in total for good things in line with her thinking not including the small everyday things ofcourse.. getting rid of gold and stay out of "twinking" is a pain at times hehe...
The run been very fun, and kudos to all DMs who did let me RP her as IC as I was allowed to even as I now as a DM realize the frustation it must been at time cause she was insanely safe thanks to personality, faith and personal power but I belive we all found a good middleway that brought fun for most if not all who did meet her...

I never seen all that been or was or is ALFA1 as IC actions taken me to the servers I been in, The Frozen North, Daggerdale, Cormyr, Baldursgate, Shadowdale and a very short trip into Sembia where Bital realized she need to bring more servants and read up on what history was availebly (never got around to that, lucky duergars))..
I been let in to see part of all sort of wellplayed toons life and have loved the depth of ALFA, I seen wars, been fighting goblins & dragons, cults and whatnot.. I have recovered ancient "canon" stuff, I have built things and overall constantly worked for the general better and safer life of Berronars children aka the "true" dwarfs, in short I been part of all that I could expected in Faerun really.

I can only hope to have given half of what I feel I took from you all and if I ever been unreasonble IC to any PC know all been IC, I never did recieve BS from anyone, I hope I never gave any..

So.. no more healing bufferting from this redhead, no more lorelessons of old dwarven way, this whitedressed lightbeakon will be retired in her cormyrian faithchamber where she will continue study untill she is forgotten.

My remaining time in ALFA1 will be to act DM on NC/SD.

*wipes a thick foam of her thin beard* again.. thx all!

Heh!

Was great to play with Bital, and her giant head soup will be missed.

I guess we should see the positive side now - you gave us a good contender for the next HoF polls ;).
The power of concealment lies in revelation.

And Faenor Bital's chapter in clan history is chiselled complete into the halls of glory..

well done mate. Bital was always fun to play and DM with, couldn't ask for a more inclusive player to gather PCs and involve them in all kinds of wondrous plots.

I hope you'll enjoy your new career as a DM. Always keep f7 close at hand for those pesky players :)

Was always fun to DM for you--even dropping you in trees and stuff--but best of all was helping you build/re-build really old dwarf ruins in our far out (?besilmer) areas on TLR.

Thanx Michael

Ditto with teh Dim.

I learned how to run a dwarven rez ceremony on TLR thanks to your many thoughtful suggestions. Hope to see you around again too.

Does that mean Bital nows has time to visit Millia and Soppi in Haven Hills, TLR? you know, Millia never got to tell you how to make Goose Feather Left-side Down cake... :D

A wonderful run, good sir....

*sniff*

Was great fun Bital, could you at least NPC her and have her wander around the faith chamber spouting "That skinny lass needs to eat more"? :D
