You are a very intelligent, very nice guy who always had the best interests of ALFA at heart - its sad that those qualities are not enough to make your time as Lead easier. Taking the moderation out of my portfolio, certainly avoided me to get burnt as quickly as the last time. I hope that this wasn't why you did get burn...
