Vault Problems

This topic is for posting vault problems so that we can find them easily and solve them as soon as possible.
Please post :
your GSID
your character name
the name of the server on which you last logged correctly
the date of the last time it was okay
any details that could help

Missing from the vault. I checked all servers. I have a local copy from last night and would very much prefer using this local copy to any restore from earlier than yesterday.

TLR isn't connected to the new vault is it ?
Could you check on a host that reported that it is on the new vault ?

There is no Labappel folder in the vault or in any vault backup that I have.
Does anyone have an old backup where Labappel's character can be found ?

There were two files in your directory:
jo'dan.bak
and
jo'dan.ceb
I renamed the .bak into .bic.
Can you try ?

The backup was a couple of weeks old, but nothing major. Much better then having to rebuild from scratch! Thanks!

-I recently attempted to log into WD, and my Sembia PC, Elrendil Le'lefnen, was suddenly appearing instead. I didn't log in, just noted the odd replacement of my WD'er with my Sembian and quit NWN.

What do you mean ?
Your WD PC is the same as your Sembian PC because you only have one PC in ALFA.
The vault is shared between servers.
In order to go from the Sembia server to the WD server you have to find a route in game.
