Made over 100 items for my old server, all with custom looks and descriptions, ranging from a paragraph to in some cases, small novels for well traveled items.
Clothing... well, I've been a tailor in any game that allows you to be a tailor, and I -love- making clothing. Descriptions included. If you were refering to texturing as well, I have little experience with re-skinning NWN models
