What level are you? If you selected Level 10+ please state exactly what Level you are. Also, for those with no PC please explain why you do not play at present.

That may have sounded a bit accusatory... I think what we're trying to get at from the "no PC" data is whether you're DM-fulltime (retired PC, or never had a PC), in between PCs (last one died, haven't started a new one yet), hopelessly jaded (haven't had a PC for years), never made a PC in the first place, etc.
It's not meant to be a "You're not playing right now? Explain yourself!" kind of thing. Please don't read too much into it.

I predict there to be a load of level 1-3's then a gap at level 4-5 due to that being the level DM attention drops off a bit, don't know why but i am convinced it does for those two levels and when people take risks cos they get cocky about being tougher for the first time. Then the few who survive to level 6 tend to keep on and don't die unless they do something stupid. so things should be lower but stable after 6.
I wish i could draw a flow chart of player fatalities and birth rates in these posts.

Current PC is level two and has been for 2 months... haven't had much of an opportunity to play her. It may even be more accurate to say no PC since I'm waiting for the 3.0 hack to go active and then starting a PC.
For my record, I've had 1 5th level PC (actually had the xp for 6th but didn't get validated before death). I've had 1 4th level PC, and many make 3rd level. I USED to be able to hit second with no problem... but not any more. Second has become a struggle and many of the latest PC's have died at first level.

I am kinda between PCs, so I just voted for my last PC, Level 4.
I've had three PCs get to level 4, one to 2nd, and uh, maybe 20 to 1st, though 10 or so of those 1st levelers were when I first joined ALFA and didn't use any caution in travelling at all, the rest were retired shortly after creation, mostly.

PGing at lvl 5. Known Pger have told me I am doing a great job.
Hmm, I have had the same PC since DMs could actually have them. So you do the math witch hunters.

Yes yes I know... Trying to find out how many players we still have and what levels their at and whatnot is seen as a bad thing by some. Far better to use gossip, hearsay and finger-pointing to decide things around here. Sadly, that's not my style.

The best way to keep an active track of who is playing and how many is using a nwnx2 database IIRC, as well as a rolling purge where if you don't log in for a month or two your account is deleted.

I guess the "please" part of my request could cause paranoia in some. I stand corrected. I apologise.

Which we don't have, yes? Until we have something better to guage our health this is about all we have.
