1) BG is live (He seized the whole southwest from Mexico)
2) Removed the stupid written application process to build a server, and helped force out other silly bureaucratic rules that we can't enforce and cause drama. (Made sure the tariffs fell and made the English sell the Oregon territory).
3) Allowed for other means of building a server, i.e. my monsters wander dammit! (Built an independent treasury)
