Okay after about a week these are the players that have expressed interest...
if you know of someone that is interested and wants to be on this list and isn't please pm me.

I would like to start building relationship IC prior to getting viigas's attention and approval.

I am now in the strong consideration of making a Hully retirement (possibly temporary) if I can find a decent group of people willing to start with level 1 dwarfs.

I have an idea for viigas' game for a bunch of brothers. they'll be thunderchildren twins, triplets, quadruplets....how ever many players we can get.

This could be awesome!

post or PM me!!

Not sure how to feel about yet another group that is probably going to turn exclusive clique taking up a good portion of the players yet again.

I get that players play how they want... but we have enough population problems as it is.

To keep it positive - ALFA gaming in a regular adventuring group or a faction built around race/religion/dogma/purpose is for me the most enjoyable part of the game. Nor does it need be cliquish or detract from the enjoyment of the game by others.

Anyway.... the notion is out there to get a dwarf group going. :)

Dwarves rock and Viigas knows his dwarves extremely well. Had Viigas as a DM numerous time with the dwarves I've played - never been disappointed and always had a good time!

And with the lineup of players who've shown interest it looks to be a verrry interesting group indeed :D

Hiya all

Out of interest how many players have already rolled up dwarven/gnome pcs? Thinking of doing so myself given I have already noticed at least one player that is on at the same time as me on TSM for a little RP. Inwintershadow being one. New Zealand timezone here.

Played a shield dwarf wizard a few years back and wouldnt mind doing so again if we can get this group off the ground..wizards dont last long on their own dwarf or otherwise :)
Current PC: Ahmaego Hammerstriker, Shield Dwarf cleric of Clangeddin

Dead PCs: Several. Not to mention Taeros Moonstar. Killed by a Wolverine on BG. Avoid those little buggers at all costs!

I have not yet rolled a PC but am cleared for temp. retire.

I haven't spoken to Viigas, but word has he would like PCs to be minimum level 3 or so at campaign start....so I suppose the time to go is soon.

Anyone creating a PC from scratch.....let's be Thunder Brothers! It'll be family fun!

Playing a Deep Gnome Cleric (possibly Cleric/Fighter if I get a level before the campaign begins) of Flandal Steelskin. Barring premature death of course...
