Beleg was nervous about any and all furniture after that incident.
I think it was more traumatic for him to be killed by an overzealous table (who programmed that thing anyhow?), than for Glorfindel to sniff a flower and suddenly end up in the Morgue. *laughs* Both were certainly surprises!

I always thought that the "pc accidentally targeting himself with the garrote" leading to insta-death was WD urban legend

I got my first my SD PC killed by a deer....and it wasn't even a close fight....that doe kicked my ass.
